i had checked everything and my high side kept developing excessive pressure. The high side pressure would get so high that it would pop the relief valve on the compressor and shoot freon all over. I changed the expansion valve and gutted the tsv and still had the problem. It ended up being a dirty condenser. You probably checked that, but it would not hurt to reverse flush the condenser fins to clean them and get a condenser comb to straighten out any rock damage on the front. Dont get concerned about the compressor running constantly. They do not cycle on and off in our cars. The system relies on the TSV, expansion valve, and air mixer to maintain the temp.
